Return and refund policy

  • Please note that we are accepting returns/refunds. We only give a one-time exchange within 2 days of delivery.
  • Return will accept 45 days with valid reason for full refund or exchange
  • Any complaint with regards to the damage or Missing should be reported to us within 24 to 48 hrs. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same. We will issue an exchange/refunds once we received the product back at our office.
  • While we are committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them 100% satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
